About a high class lady with a child between 8-10 years of age who marries a man who lives the mountain area. They move there and the child was in the rowboat lake when the ice starts over-the-new husband is going after him and can not return home until the lake thaws ago. The lady in the meantime he learns who is pregnant and has to learn how rough it on your own … She chops wood and hunting and all that remain pregnant. There's even a scene that someone use crosses a wooden bridge and breaks and a string is twisted around your wrist and hand is broken and must cope by a broken wrist. I think it was the queen of the scene and she was pregnant. Can anyone remember the name of this movie??
